Milk Monster

Terms of Use

Last updated June 2, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Milk Monster (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Milk Monster app and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Who can use Milk Monster

Milk Monster is for parents and adult caregivers. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. The information in the app is about a baby, but it is entered and managed by the adults caring for that baby. The Service is not directed to children.

Not medical advice

Milk Monster is a record-keeping tool to help you log and share your baby’s feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, and similar information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any predictions, averages, or trends the app shows are estimates to help you spot patterns — not clinical guidance. Always rely on your pediatrician or another qualified health professional for medical decisions, and seek emergency care when needed. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in the app.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. When you invite another caregiver to your household, you’re choosing to share your baby’s log with them; they can view and add entries, and each entry records who logged it. Only invite people you trust with that information.

Subscriptions and billing

Milk Monster is free to start. Milk Monster Premium unlocks caregiver sharing, full history, and trends, and is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (billed monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • An auto-renewing subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store account settings. Canceling stops the next renewal; it doesn’t retroactively refund the current period.
  • The one-time lifetime purchase is a single charge, not a subscription, and does not renew.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple’s terms and refund policies apply to them. We don’t receive or store your payment-card details.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service only for its intended, lawful purpose. Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and don’t upload content that isn’t yours to share or that is unlawful. We may suspend or end accounts that misuse the Service.

Your content

The log you create — feeds, sleep, diapers, measurements, milestones, photos, and notes — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it, sync it among the caregivers in your household, and operate the Service. You can export your data, or delete your account and data, at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep Milk Monster reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost, and we encourage you to export your log periodically if you want an independent copy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milk Monster and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms over time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas for any dispute that isn’t resolved informally.
